Week 4 of Dots on Point Quilt Sew Along: Assembling the Blocks

Hey there, fellow quilters! We've made it to Week 4 of our Dots on Point Quilt Sew Along, and it's time to assemble those beautiful blocks! This week, we're diving into the wonderful world of cutting fabric circles. Don't worry, I've got some super handy tools to make this part a breeze. After that, we'll explore the art of appliqué together. I can't wait to share my favorite thread and stitch choices to help make your blocks look flawless. This part of the journey is all about bringing our pretty fabric dots together and transforming them into fabulous blocks. It's a perfect blend of precision, creativity, and a little zen moment. Hey there, fellow quilters! Get ready to dive into Week 4 of our delightful Dots on Point Quilt Sew Along! We're about to get busy cutting out the Dots, and trust me, it's a piece of cake with a Circle Cutter and a Rotating Cutting Mat. They really speed things up and make the whole process a cinch.

No need to stress, I've got a super helpful YouTube tutorial ready to guide you every step of the way. For all those important details like exact measurements, your pattern is your best friend.

  • post a snap of your assembled blocks. Remember to include #DotsOnPointQAL in your caption.

  • Your Instagram profile needs to be public in order to participate.
